An Air Lubrication System is a technology used to reduce the friction between the hull of the ship and the water to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The system injects a layer of air bubbles underneath the hull through a series of nozzles installed on the hull. The bubbles form a thin layer that acts as a lubricant and reduces the frictional resistance.
We can partner with any hardware provider to deliver a complete system with Pascal's smart control system. As a customer, you only enter one contract and pay for the full system.
We already have an established partnership with Clean Marine to deliver complete systems.
For installation of a complete new air lubrication system, dry docking is necessary.
For installing Pascal's control system on an existing installation, we normally don't need access to a dry dock.
