We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to work with driving the company’s further growth and expanding our client base. As a Business Development Manager, you will work with the company’s commercial strategies and sales processes. You are confident working independently to connect with potential customers, structure, plan and execute the required analyses and documentation for converting leads into sales and deliver and communicate output in a structured way. The position is full-time with flexible working hours. You will work in close collaboration with the commercial team, and report directly to the CCO. We also expect the role to support the CEO with strategy and investor-related work.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments. Research and analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor activity. Identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute in Pascal's sales processes and follow up existing clients.
- Generate and synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with our technology team to continuously improve our product offerings.
- Continuously develop our business model and pricing model for different products indifferent market segments.
- Organize and represent Pascal at conferences and similar events.
Qualifications:
- We think you have around 2 years relevant experience, working as a management consultant or business development roles in relevant industries.
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Interest for the marine industry and new technology.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian.
- Willingness to travel.
The position is based in Oslo, Norway, and some travelling will be required.

We’re now accelerating our efforts in air lubrication systems for ships, and we’re looking for a skilled Business Developer to help build this segment and drive our sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be part of shaping the strategy and business model for our products. Your responsibilities will also include seeking our new business opportunities, securing partnerships, growing sales, and building up a team around you to advance this new initiative. In this role you will be collaborating closely with our CCO and our technical department.

Our AirHull solution reduces energy usage for planing vessels by 30-50%, gaining global recognition as one of the most energy-efficient hull systems available for high-speed vessels. Our technology is designed for seamless integration with battery-electric propulsion systems, and we collaborate with leading industry partners like Moen Marin.
For larger vessels, we are developing air lubrication systems, working with partners to deliver comprehensive solutions, including smart control systems to optimize performance.
We are now looking for a marine engineer who is eager to contribute to a sustainable future in maritime transport. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our hull designs. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing hull shapes for both conventional and electric vessels. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you will develop and implement solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. We have several vessels on water and spend a lot of time on practical testing on water.

Your responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and optimize hull geometry for vessels of various sizes and uses.
- Responsible for following up CFD analyses and model testing to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
- Assist with sea trials, testing, and evaluation of both prototypes and finished vessels.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate hydrodynamic solutions with current and future propulsion systems.
- Collaborate with our marine cybernetics specialists to develop smarter, more efficient vessel control systems.
- Develop and improve internal guidelines and frameworks for designing high-speed boats and ships.
- Develop and manage the company’s knowledge base in areas such as hydrodynamics, propulsion, and range analysis.
- Establish and maintain effective routines to perform and document sea trials and testing.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in marine engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CFD tools (e.g., STAR-CCM+ or similar).
- Experience with scripting and automation in python or similar
- Experience with model testing or sea trials is a plus.
- Experience with hull design for ships and/or planing vessels.
- Strong teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.
