Business development and technical sales
At Pascal Technologies, we’re dedicated to a sustainable maritime future. We develop proven energy-efficient air lubrication technologies for vessels, helping reduce emissions and energy consumption across the industry. Our two main products are AirHull for small, planing vessels and adaptive air lubrication systems for larger ships.
We’re now accelerating our efforts in air lubrication systems for ships, and we’re looking for a skilled Business Developer to help build this segment and drive our sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be part of shaping the strategy and business model for our products. Your responsibilities will also include seeking our new business opportunities, securing partnerships, growing sales, and building up a team around you to advance this new initiative. In this role you will be collaborating closely with our CCO and our technical department.

Your responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy for our shipping solutions, including market positioning and go-to-market plans
- Lead sales efforts and grow our sales of air lubrication systems
- Secure new partnerships and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with our technical teams to align product development with customer needs and industry standards
- Build and lead a dedicated team to grow our shipping segment
Qualifications:
- Maritime industry experience – ideally in business development or sales
- Proactive with a commercial mindset – you enjoy leading initiatives, and seeking out new potential business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills – you can connect with diverse audiences and present complex ideas clearly
- Passion for sustainability and innovation – a drive to contribute to a more sustainable maritime future.
This role will report to our CEO.
The position in based in Oslo, Norway, but travelling will be required.
